ADVANCED QUANTITATIVE DATA ANALYSIS

This course is among the required crosscutting courses designed to help PhD students embarking on research to understand the principles and practical application of statistics for analysis of research data. The course revisits standard statistical techniques together with a comprehensive hands-on illustration of their application using a standard statistical package. By the close of the course, students are expected to have acquired the ability to choose the appropriate statistical technique(s) to use for the type of data to be collected as well as correct interpretation of the results.

Applicants should submit their applications with evidence of full admission to the PhD Program. Priority shall be given to those at data collection and analysis phase of their research project. ONLY SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS SHALL BE CONTACTED.
