Philosophy of Methods - Call for Applications

  • Course Duration: 9th to 20th July, 2018
  • Venue: Senate Conference Room
  • Who should apply: PhD Students
  • Training Capacity:  50 participants
  • Latest Date of application: 29th June 2018

This course unit is among the core cross-cutting courses for PhD students. The major objective is to expand their academic and practical comprehension of the concepts of science, knowledge and research; acquaint the students with the philosophical principles behind the quantitative and qualitative methods of research; enhance the students’ awareness about ethical conflicts in relation to research; and provide a forum for each student to discuss, and improve their own research proposals.
